Friends know I need at 9 hours of sleep a day – well I’m glad there’s an article offering scientific rationalization 🙂
- “Sleep disorders can impair children’s I.Q.’s as much as lead exposure.” – seven IQ for staying an hour late!
- a slightly sleepy sixth-grader will perform in class like a mere fourth-grader.
Only quarrel I have with the article is that it seems to imply sleep is less important for adults. Do we stop learning once we reach 21?
